Who We Are

The Art Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, was founded in 1996 as the Warsaw-Ocee Arts Center with the purpose of providing arts services to audiences in north Fulton County. The organization changed its name to the Johns Creek Arts Center in 2006, and in 2024 we rebranded as The Art Center. Today The Art Center, located in beautiful Johns Creek, Georgia, boasts an outstanding ceramic studio, multiple fine arts classrooms, and instruction in a wide variety of visual media.

The Art Center also has an expansive outreach program that conducts classes and workshops in more than a dozen locations in surrounding communities. Our involvement in the community has increased significantly by engaging the diverse ethnicities that make up our community, working collaboratively with other local non-profits. Through multiple outreach initiatives, we demonstrate our steadfast commitment to ensuring that all, especially those from the most conventionally neglected and excluded segments of our population, have access to quality arts programming.
