Service Description
Learn basic scratchboard techniques using a variety of tools, most supplied by the instructor. Students will learn about different Ampersand Scratchbord materials and how to make striking artwork using them. Everyone will be given 2, 5"x7", Ampersand Scratchbords, as well as, a sample size board. Ampersand will be supplying the boards for students. Supply list (please bring): 1 Exacto knife with a #11 blade 1 White watercolor pencil Students should pack a sack lunch, or plan on taking a 30 - 45 min break for lunch at a local restaurant. This workshop is beginner friendly!

Art Center Policy
1. The Art Center reserves the right to cancel camps, classes or workshops due to insufficient enrollment. If The Art Center cancels a camp, class or workshop registrants will receive a refund. We reserve the right to substitute an instructor if necessary. 2. Four business days notice must be given before the start of the first class if you wish to cancel. 3. Registration changes and cancellations will incur an administrative fee of $30. 4. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the 1st day of the start of class. 5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the beginning of the class, camp or workshop. 6. Adult classes and workshops are open to adults 18 and older unless otherwise stated.
