You will have time to make a LEATHER SHOULDER BAG of your choice OR, choose any project from the following: Leather belt Passport wallet Journal Phone pouch with braided strap Drawstring pouch Clutch purse Tote Depending on the project you chose you may even have time to make another one! You will learn techniques of cutting leather, using basic tools, and stitching styles. If desired, you can learn how to use a wood burning tool to inscribe a design directly on the leather and then colorize it. All leathers, materials, tools, and instructions are provided, along with templates. IF you would like to create a project OTHER THAN the LEATHER SHOULDER BAG, please be sure to indicate during registration. No artistic ability is necessary, nor is any previous leather working experience. Max 12 seats, class require 4 participants to run. The class typically runs from 10am to 4:30pm. You do not need to bring anything except lunch, enthusiasm, and your desire to make something beautiful!

Art Center Policy
1. The Art Center reserves the right to cancel camps, classes or workshops due to insufficient enrollment. If The Art Center cancels a camp, class or workshop registrants will receive a refund. We reserve the right to substitute an instructor if necessary. 2. Four business days notice must be given before the start of the first class if you wish to cancel. 3. Registration changes and cancellations will incur an administrative fee of $30. 4. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the 1st day of the start of class. 5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the beginning of the class, camp or workshop. 6. Adult classes and workshops are open to adults 18 and older unless otherwise stated. 7. Children requiring a personal assistant or one-to-one (1:1) support must be accompanied by their direct support professional.
