Service Description

The benefits of learning and exercising improv skills can help any writer build and broaden the necessary writing skills of creativity, empathy, confidence, and both story and scene structure. Learn how to get inside your characters' heads through fun and interactive play, all while gaining tools to combat writer's block in an enjoyable class that connects you with other writers in the community.

Art Center Policy

1. The Art Center reserves the right to cancel classes or camps due to insufficient enrollment. If The Art Center cancels a class or camp, registrants will receive a refund. We reserve the right to substitute an instructor if necessary. 2. The Art Center does not pro-rate class or camp fees. 3. Membership fees are non-refundable. 4. Four business days notice must be given before the start of the first class if you wish to cancel. 5. Registration changes and cancellations will incur an administrative fee of $30. 6. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the 1st day of the start of class. 6a. For high demand classes: if you cancel your registration and vacate your seat, we will retain 50% of your initial registration fee to pay the instructor, if the seat cannot be filled. This is in addition to the $30 administration fee. 7. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the beginning of the class or camp. 8. Adult classes and workshops are open to adults 18 and older unless otherwise stated.
