Exercise your acting muscles in this fun collaborative camp! Campers will work together to make a play from scratch, learning different improv and acting techniques along the way. At the end of the camp, all the campers will get to perform in their one-of-a-kind play!

Learn how to create fun, decorative, and functional clay projects! Students will explore fundamental clay skills like pinch, coil, and slab to build their own ceramic creations. Create your own characters, toys, miniature food and jewelry collection! Do you have a fascination with the teeny tiny? Join our Tiny Treasures class. Students learn how to use polymer clay and other art materials to create small figurines, adorable animals cute charms for keychains, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and much more. The possibilities are endless! Class projects include a mini game board, charm bracelet, a mini flower arrangement in a polymer clay vase and a tiny canvas painting complete with easel. No previous experience is needed for this class. Just bring a desire to learn and unlock your creative spirit! This class will also allow parents to stop by for any of the daily workshops for a small fee of $30 per class. Drop in payment will be accepted upon arrival.

A fun, educational, age appropriate art class for the young art enthusiast. After School Art - Students experiment with an array of materials and tools including watercolor and acrylic paints, and chalk pastels. Class is held in your child's school and begins after the school day dismissal. Includes all supplies. You must send a change of dismissal form with your child notifying the school that your child attends this after school class. Once you've registered your child for this class, an email will be sent containing the form. Please fill it out and submit it to your school. Fundamentals of Painting This class is designed for the Beginner to Intermediate level painter who would like to explore different painting techniques, gaining a greater understanding of different fundamental concepts of art. Broadening your knowledge will help you to be the artist you always wanted to be! Structured by modules, this class will focus on a different fundamental concept each 8-week session. Examples include Values, Color, Perspective, Light and Shadow, and Design. Focusing on one concept and applying that concept through painting exercises and finished paintings will allow you to develop a deeper understanding of the fundamental concepts of art, making you a stronger artist. In a nurturing and welcoming environment, you will create intentional paintings that allow you to demonstrate the theme concept of the session. I will provide you with structured guidance while promoting your own creative voice. Demonstrations will be made with oil paint, however, the student may choose to use oil, water based oil or acrylic. iPads or tablets are recommended but not required. Supply List: Sketch pad (9x12), pencils, pencil eraser and kneaded eraser Color Wheel Palette knives: 1 Sm & 1 Med. RGM brand preferred for flexibility. - Wk 9 Grade 7-12: Online Video Production
Students will learn and utilize the fundamentals of lighting, audio setup, editing, acting, screenwriting, and directing for online video creation. This class will focus on three kinds of video: talking head videos, comedy sketches, and video essays. The camp will have several fun projects based on each style of video and the technical skills that each one utilizes.
- Spr) Applied Dynamic Drawings
Learn about different styles using step-by-step techniques to draw and ink running figures, cartoon hands, legs, feet and more. Create your own comic book characters and design your own comic book. In this drawing focused class taught by a professional illustrator, students learn techniques and tricks of the trade allowing them to create realistic and effective artwork. This is an ideal class for the young artist interested in learning storyboarding and effective illustration techniques. Students hone their observational skills strengthening the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts through drawings. The class will teach anatomy, dynamic poses, shading, scene creation, blocking and how to draw movement. They learn character creation and how to effectively integrate their characters into convincing scenes. Students will explore rapid visualization techniques and learn to refine and edit their drawings. This class is designed for youth students in grades 6-12. Includes all supplies.
