Service Description
Learn how to render glass objects and chrome through several painting exercises. Each exercise will enforce key concepts and techniques for painting these tricky subjects. We will discuss reflected color, placing consistent highlights and shadows, and the importance of building contrast in each object. Please bring: assortment of your usual brushes (include a couple for detail) 4 canvas boards (8x10, 9x12 or similar) palette knife for mixing liquin or your preferred medium turpenoid natural or gamsol (please no mineral spirits) baby wipes Paints: raw umber ultramarine blue cerulean blue cadmium red alizarin crimson cadmium yellow titanium white Minimum registration of 5 students by May 6 to run. Member discount does not apply.

Cancellation Policy
1. The Art Center reserves the right to cancel camps, classes or workshops due to insufficient enrollment. If The Art Center cancels a camp, class or workshop registrants will receive a refund. We reserve the right to substitute an instructor if necessary. 2. Four business days notice must be given before the start of the first class if you wish to cancel. 3. Registration changes and cancellations will incur an administrative fee of $30. 4. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the 1st day of the start of class. 5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the beginning of the class, camp or workshop.
